Yakuza 4 is basically a game of people who can't do anything properly.

You have a guy who has tons of money, but doesn't know the basics on how to secure said money.

A guy who went to prison for 30 years but didn't actually really commit any crimes.

A guy who wants to be a good cop and avenge his father but is corrupt as hell and doesn't have enough screen time for us to care about his story.

And then good'ol Kiryu who wants to retire on the beach with his kids but keeps getting his ass into stuff he's not really involved in.
