I don't often times leave reviews but do feel I need to do so for this game.

Arma 3 is a game than can be played exactly how you'd like to. Whether you're into RP (Altis Life as an example), military simulation (Campaigns, Antistasi, Liberation), or anything in between the game has you covered. Arma also offers an in depth editor for you creative folks that want to edit/create your own missions and maps.

Being someone with ADHD it's rare that a game can hold my attention the way Arma does. The community (That I've experience) has been friendly and positive. I think one goal should be to find a nice unit to become a part of so that you have a dedicated group to play with.

I personally run a few servers and would love to welcome any newbies any time.
