Look at me. 700 hrs on this game. Bought $100 worth of DLC cause I thought, back then, they were the small indie guys we needed to support to keep gaming as a good hobby.

These guys are worse than EA. Overkill Software should be the #1 worst gaming company in the world. Microtransactions in a paid game up the ass, broken promises, and more. And guess what? If you complain, you get smarmy-ass sarcastic remarks towards you from the company themselves, on Twitter. That's right, they ♥♥♥♥ on fans so hard that they would talk smack about us if we don't agree with their money-grubbing ways.

Never buy this game.

By the time I finished the first dungeon, I knew I was in love with the game. It's almost like hanging out with a girl for a while, and you find yourself laying in bed thinking about her, and then it comes to you out of nowhere: "I love her." This is like that, but with video games.

But then you find out that the game is only 8 hrs long with little replayability. Then the kind of pain you feel would be like dating the girl you love, but only for 8 days. You find yourself playing through the game again much like how you might look over your old text messages from your sweetheart. You savor every moment, immersing yourself, all while having a deep, sorrowful pain in your chest knowing that your relationship only lasted so long.

Just like this video game.

But you know what they say... Better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all.

Do not buy this on sale. Buy it at full price for $20, then buy the $10 soundtrack. It's worth it.

DO NOT - DO NOT - DO NOT INSTALL THIS GAME. Even if you're playing with friends. Even if you want to spend money on it. DO NOT DO IT. This kind of game CANNOT BE SUPPORTED.

With the latest patch, people who do not outright buy weapons and equipment have to grind 300-400% longer for their gear. You need thousands upon thousands of hours to buy the equipment needed to even compete in this game now. Reto, the company who develops this game, admits their intention to make it impossible to get gear other than to spend money on it and offer NO EXPLANATION OR JUSTIFICATION outside of that. They are basically admitting to treating the majority of their consumers like dirt and are not even trying to shy away from that fact. They know it, they know that we know it, but all they care about is $$$.

Basically, the biggest slap in the face you can imagine. Not even EA can match this level of dastardly.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable and other developers needs to know this kind of attitude towards customers and consumers is UNACCEPTABLE. This game NEEDS TO DIE in order to get that message through. Please rate my review positively in order to get more visibility.
