its not that good compare with skyrim and fallout creation kit. its more complex. the item stats are totally made of scripts. the logic of stats math doesn't make sense to me at all. when i change the base damage of a swords. it automatically rises the required level. i could't even find the relative codes to unlink it. I guess its the reason why skyrim and fallout are so successful for modding because of the tool making more sense to everyone.
