I really enjoyed JA Back in Action. However it does have its flaws. The game starts off awesome, with your 1 or 2 mercs tactically taking out bad guys, using stealth and flanking. It's great! But after capturing a few areas, the enemies quickly become OP, with machine guns and snipers, heavy armour and they can spot you from miles away. Flanking and stealth doesn't really work any more if you pump an entire clip into an enemy and they still don't die..... Plus, if you do manage to kill them, they drop crappy items! Maybe a couple of $$ and some crappy pistol ammo. Ummmm what happened to all the gear you were carrying Mr. Dead Bad Guy?
Because of this, I started a new game 3 times and lost motivation each time I reached that point in the game, never going any further because it wasn't much fun.

HOWEVER! Using the Realistic Rebalancing Mod, it fixes all that and more! After getting this mod, I finally had fun and finished the game. My only flaw now would be the level design in some of the later levels isn't as good as the starting levels. A lot of big open spaces where long range weapons and high marksmanship stats are all that matter.

I would definitely recommend JA Back in Action, as the first few levels will definitely get you hooked. And if you want to improve the game balance, just simply use the Realistic Rebalancing Mod.
