unfortunately not worth the amount of money Consumer Softproducts is asking for. if you like Cruelty Squad, this game has the same vibe but "open world." However, I couldn't be assed to get very far because I don't know where I'm supposed to be going, and that isn't really fun here

I love Saurian, but I can't, in good conscience, recommend this to players, knowing that it's gone silent for about a year now. Unless you're okay with that, feel free to support them and purchase the game. I can only recommend this to paleontologists, particularly those that are interested in foliage. They have every plant that occurred in Hell Creek, and this game is built from the ground up relying on research papers. That's where the real charm is from and I appreciate that, but I feel like the team got burnt out too early on from repetitively fine-tuning their current game to adjust to newer papers without any actual substance the typical player would look for.

1/2/25 EDIT: Yesterday, they've come out with a devlog. They're still around, and they're making progress on the playable T-rex.

Completing this and then forgetting about it is simply not an option. I wish I could play this blind again

A classic & cozy turn-based RPG. Good for playing on those cold nights. However, be wary of playing in Windowed mode... either it'll freeze your game during combat or freeze your background applications, which is unfortunate. Frequently crashes too, but I guess that's just part of the experience.

Wouldn't recommend this to anyone who is awful at remembering things and can hardly pay attention. There are NO map markers and NO quest logs!

(I bought this game purely to play as an intelligence 1 character and it was very silly)

Should have “extensive mousepad space” under system requirements
