The insane greed having an in-game shop that sells items for paid currency (would've been fine if this was the only thing), a gacha system where the most saught after item is in the decimals to obtain if not spending hundreds or even thousands of euros to obtain, and their latest addition of adding a sort of altered gacha system, but you can only get the items in there one time. But the catch being that every time you pay for a roll in there, the rolls get more expensive, actually doubles in price. Which is bad because the first 5-6 items are just junk and filler, which means that the price has increased an insane amount by the time you have cleared the junk items in there. But if you can look away from that aspect since it seems stuff like this has been normalized in gaming now, the core gameplay and unique modes is actually quite fun. But I'm not gonna give a greedy company like this any more of my time. Thread carefully.

From a casuals point of view, this is the best and most fun 2k I've ever had my hands on so far. If you just want to play some basketball and have a good time, this is it. Online modes probably differ and since I only focus on single player I can't really comment on that aspect of the game. But like I said, if you just want to hop on the game and chill, use some of your favorite players, this it the ultimate experience. Really helps that the PC version this year finally converted to the next/current gen version, that PS5 and Xbox Series X gets.

Back in 2002, I went to stay at my dads apartment for a weekend. I was 3 years old at the time. He had picked up a home entertainment system called the PlayStation 2 for fun, that neither me or him knew much off at the time. That was the point where my gaming journey started, and still going strong. The first game that I watched my father play, and I got to try myself was the first ever Ratchet & Clank game that released the year 2002. I was in love at first sight, watching my father play, and he also let me play for short periods of time and I would not let go of the controller. I had found a interest for life, and also a great way to bond with my dad.

We played through the first game, together, helping each other and take turns playing, switching player after a death or when the other got frustrated (we both did.) We played through the 2nd game in the franchise, together. The third much so. And we kept going. No matter how many games the franchise got we could not get enough of them. We collected all the secrets, maxed all the guns, played through the same game 4-5 times. As I was struggling getting work, making money, I was both happy to see a new Ratchet & Clank game pop up for the new generation PlayStation, but also sad, because of the struggle to get hold of a console, and also not having enough money to begin with.

Then I started noticing PlayStation exclusives popping up on the Steam Store, so I thought maybe, maybe... I would see the latest addition of my beloved franchise appear, and after some waiting, it actually did, and I'm happy to say, that the wait was indeed worth it. I am happy that they captured the soul and charm of the earlier games in the latest one, while also making improvements in both visual and gameplay aspects. I might be biased because of the nostalgia and history that this franchise has brought me, from a child to an adult, but I want you to give this game a go if you can. Or even if you're a fan of old games, or maybe the platforming genre, to go back and play the old games before giving this one a chance. Even as a die hard fan I must admit that the price might be slightly steep without a sale, but when it's on sale, go for it.

Hopefully we will see another game in the franchise for the next generation of consoles. Both me and my dad will be there.

Considering Warframes past, I honestly don’t see a issue with this pack or pricing. I knew there would be an outbreak of hate and upset since DE has spoiled us rotten, with every single content update being free, stuff for just logging in or watching streams and paid currency available to F2P players in exhange for some grinding. This is a free game with AAA qualities that has been running for 10 years now, and this is really the first time this has happened. If you remove the currency from the packs, the cosmetics are not even that bad priced. Games like Call of Duty, or Destiny, where you pay for a full priced game, or hundreds of euros for expansions, still shower you in opportunities to spend cash for either battle passes or limited character skins, WHICH YOU CAN’T EVEN SEE YOURSELF?! Honestly I hope DE will continue to release stuff like this because I love supporting them and their game, which is free btw, but since people just want to play the game without showing support so the game can continue to operate I guess this will be the first and last time.

People tend to hate on this game because they say it's a clone of Genshin Impact, but it's actually quite different, and better in a lot of ways imo.

Genshin is an RPG game with instanced multiplayer, while Tower of Fantasy is an MMO. Their similarities lies in them both being a anime artstyle gacha game.

I have played Tower of Fantasy since day one and have logged on every single day to play the game ever since (from their standalone launcher) so will try and give my best takes and both positives and negatives about the game so maybe you will try it, or even avoid it.

Positives:
The graphics look really nice, with beautiful character design and world creation.
You can customize the ''main'' character of the game, to your own liking, with a ton of sliders for bodyparts, hair and even cosmetics which can be earned in-game.
Content at a pretty good pace, with a bunch of events to participate in for in-game cosmetics, gacha currency and more.
Great rewards for exploring the world and taking the game at your own pace.
Combat is okay with beautiful animations and a variety of weapons (easy to obtain as F2P, more on upgrading weapons in the negatives.)
When pulling an SSR, you get both a new character you can use instead of your own avatar, and also a new weapon.
You can mix and match weapons with certain elements and characters you've gotten in the past, so you're not forced to rock a certain character if you need a weapon with ice element etc.
It has a good pity system which means that you are guaranteed a SSR character after 80 rolls, and one of your own choice if too unlucky, at 120 rolls.
The PvP is balanced and not Pay2Win.
Soundtrack is really nice balanced and nice on your ears, from soothing while exploring and collecting materials, to pumping and intense while slaying a boss.
The game seem to run decently on low-end builds at 60FPS at least, based on my own experience with my budget PC.
Progression between PC and mobile phone

Negatives:
It is a gacha game, so expect some pay2win.
Every weapon has 6 stars, and when you first get a new weapon, it is at 0 stars, which means you would need the same weapon from gacha 7 times, which would take you a very long time to save up for as a F2P player. This only really applies to limited banners, because you will eventually get 6 star weapons from the ''normal'' banner by just playing, but if a weapon from the limited banner seems interesting to you, good luck trying to max it without spending money or saving currency for years.
Matrices, items that essentially makes your weapon or element of a certain type stronger, is in a seperate gacha, while also having limited time banners.
A stamina system that makes certain types of content in the game limited, mainly XP grinding for equipment and weapons.
Cutscenes come across as buggy and voices of characters are almost never in sync.
Some servers are filled with non english speakers, even when selecting europe, so be careful that you find a server where people in the world chat speak or even understand english (I play on estrela and there are 98% russians.)
Sometimes connection errors, although not sure if it's being me or a common issue.

I would recommend you trying the game out yourself to see if it's something for you. I have had a ton of fun in this game which is why I wanted to write a review here on Steam, hopefully bringing in some new players!
