Sad to hear that... Not really the thing about the game and my money, more about all the work gone into the void. OK, keep your head up and thanks for answering my question :)

@greeN: I can't say much that'll make you feel better. I'm sorry you spent money on Embers, and that the game didn't come out. I was the UI programmer, so despite my 80+ hour weeks, I could only really do so much to get the rest of the game ready for release.

Due to NDAs and non-disparage clauses that may or may not be in place, I can't really say much about what happened. I left the studio in November, and the studio closed not long after that. 3 years of work between 20 people, down the drain.

Well... what happened to Embers of War? I paid for it and now its gone completely? Thanks for keeping up my trust in EA games... :/

Did you see the new M&M: Legacy? Looks pretty sweet to me! I've played a few of the previous games in the past(the only one that I remember was M&M 8). What's your take on this one?
