Not the greatest point-and-click adventures I've played. Granted, I paid maybe a dollar or two, but most of my time spent with them was disappointing. The humor and writing is pretty decent, but the puzzles are nonsensical and the gameplay is irritating (it's one of those games that has about six or seven actions you have to scroll through to find the thing you're supposed to be doing). The art is awful but I suppose deliberately so, and I got used to it. Still, not a ton of fun, unless you're hardcore into this sort of game.

I'm in the second game and yes I have to look at a guide sometimes, but I really like the games. Monkey Island has the exact same problems, and it is considered the best of the best.

I am not "hardcore into this sort of game" and had great fun playing it. Just saying.

OH NO !!! A review not recommending this game. Lets downvote them and silence their opinion, they clearly don't deserve a voice against this game. /End Sarcasim

This game is not anything anyone can defend. It lacks direction and coherent actions.

Regardless of what "Great" writing may be in the game, if its so unbearable to get thru the FIRST level how can that make up for it? You should be able to enjoy the game you pay for, not pay for a headache or an experience of feeling ripped off. The problem is... You ultimately are forced to click on almost everything with every combination to "progress" which makes it beyond pointless to play. The combinations sometimes are PURE nonsense and are things most people would never come to a conclusion on. (The exact reason not to play MCPIXEL)

The interface is streamlined in The Walking Dead, but still leaves you with the ability to determine you need the screwdriver to break the window compared to a unicorns horn glued to your hat.
