Have more than a thousand hours of this game under my belt. I mad a year of abstinence because game became boring to me. Recently I wanted to come back and start playing it again but EA, like they knew I am coming back, removed the support for Linux OS. I am not going to install dual boot windows only to play this GAME. I've spend hours, and money supporting one of my favorite and great developer - Respawn. I played and I own every Respawn game in last 10 years. But removing Linux support for APEX got me in my nerves. I am developer as well, and I understand the developers struggles but I feel that removing Linux support was more about human resource management, lazyness and future plans to enable kernel level anti-cheat. I hope that someday Apex returns to Linux but for me this game is not worth playing anymore. I will remember good times and friends I found while playing Apex.
