Chat command/countering offer might not work as steam has added some heavy rate limit
(and i don't feel like paying third party's for a service steam 'shall' have provide

Include "manual" or "review" in the message section of a offer if you want to force a offer to be manually reviewed by owner

+Rep Well configured price list to include the option to have creates as change instead of scrap/reclaimed metal. I rarely see other bots that allow this
