Really enjoying this game. Two Point's bringing back that oldschool vibe of theme park builders, but with more modern tech and gameplay aspects that keep it fresh and give you something to work toward. There's also a sandbox mode available right from the start, for those who prefer to just plug and play.

I do really like the expedition part of the game, but it has some bits that I'm not super happy with;

1. You need to unlock a super high level of Museum to unlock your second expedition slot.
2. This also means you are stuck with 1 expedition for a very long time early on, and expeditions = more displays and more research. You're essentially timegated by expeditions for a very long time, which makes the game feel kinda sluggish.

I also do think the cosmetics of wallpapers and flooring should have a 'fill' option, and some of the camera controls take a little while to get used to, but the rest of the game has been pretty smooth. I haven't run into any performance issues yet either, but we'll see when we get more guests and the museums get bigger...

Solid 9/10 game. Some quirks that are mildly annoying, but not enough to make me dislike playing it.

Soooo

The gameplay is fun, but I can already see from the % drop rates that this is going to be stupidly grindy so I'm out lmao. Fun for the first dozen or so hours of running around and nuking the shet out of everything with the free Bunny, but seriously I cannot even begin to imagine how much grind you'd need to get some of (let alone all of) the other descendants, particularly if you're target farming. If you're into grind or are a Warframe addict this might be the game for you, but no thanks lol.

The previous game was awesome and this one's even better. The first one felt a little cramped, and world limits felt very restrictive, but in this one you can expand worlds (literally make your planet bigger) and fit more stuff in. Very satisfying.

Figuring out synergies and trying to unlock stuff is about as fun as ever, and I think they did include a sandbox mode with everything unlocked (?) but I'm not 100% sure as I've been spending my hours on the campaign exclusively.

If you like objective-based city-builders, definitely try this one out!

This is a fun spin on the dice-rolling roguelite archetype! There's no 'scaling' per-se, you just get more dice and more items (artifacts/modifiers) that boost your regular dice or have synergies with the skills of your character and/or sidekick. Outside of dice rolling there's limited RNG to 'ruin' your run. Sure, sometimes you roll four turns and don't get a single 1 or 6 you need to finish an enemy, but most of the time you're in control, and characters often have skills that can 'finish the job'. It's not overly complex, but that's one of the good points here. Definitely recommend if you like rogue-lites.

This is heckin' fun, if you're at all interested in the smash bros type fighting games. I've been playing this on and off since EA and the final release is awesome. Frankly speaking, I've found the initial weapon (hammer axe) to be the absolute nuts in the game, but that might be biased as it's probably the easiest one as well.

It's basically got the upgrade/rogue-like portion of Hades with gameplay similar to SSB, but they've managed to fuse the two very well together. Your skill set changes every run as the 'god' upgrades can modify your attacks, charged attacks, dashes, etc to do different things (apply statuses, apply buffs), and it's up to you how you want to synergize those mods.

Difficulty is frankly pretty low tbh for a fighting game; the enemies telegraph everything for ages, your dash has a near-zero cooldown and a thousand iframes, and you can juggle the shet out of enemies for days. This is alleviated by the run modifiers, but overall I'd say this isn't the hardest rogue-like you'll meet, not by a long shot.

10/10; the devs hit it out of the park map on this one.

Tired of D4 being boring af? Wish you could upgrade skills individually? Well wish no more, and play Last Epoch instead.

This is really fun. If you even remotely like poker and really like deckbuilding roguelikes, I strongly recommend you pick this up. The Joker system is basically relics in other similar games, while the Tarot & Planet cards are essentially methods to modify your deck and/or scoring system in a way that benefits you. I'm personally dogshet at poker so it is what it is, but there's definitely a ton of replayability here, and it's fun all the way through.

Wew lad this is a fun game. Similar to Stacklands in a lot of ways, but way less frustrating and forgiving. I also prefer the theme quite a lot more, being less generic and more *magic * themed makes it much more interesting IMO.

It's technically a rogue-like in that you're going to get random techs (potion purchases) every run, but most runs seem pretty consistent with each other, and there don't seem to be any out-of-game unlocks you get for getting 'deep' runs.

Would strongly recommend if you liked Stackland's concept but felt the execution was a bit low, or if you like town builder/resource management games in general.
