You need Arma II: Combined Operations...that is cheapest at $29.99 on steam. Otherwise you need Arma II and Arma II Operation Arrowhead separately...Dayz is a free mod.

CHeck out some youtube videos of the game...it is freakin' awesome! Hard though, but totally worth it.
