Early Access Review
This game sells itself as an incremental game, which it is. Numbers definitely do go up in this game, but there's something more beneath the surface. Imagine the spellcrafting mechanics of something like Noita, and limited passive options unlike a lot of other incremental games. When you want an upgrade, you have to work towards it, either by casting spells or by paying the various resources you have to slowly crawl towards it via limited passive means. There's a certain satisfaction to be found in puzzling out just the right spells to weave together to make that goal happen, or having other goals going in the background while you make the perfect spellbook for whatever you're trying to do. Once you get further in, though, the depths of the systems can be almost overwhelming, even though you are never punished for just sitting back and thinking about it.

There are no microtransactions to be found here either, no cheap premium BS to arbitrarily screw you. On top of that, the music is absolutely banging. At the price tag they're asking, this is an easy recommendation.
