UFO 50 feels like a miracle in today's gaming landscape. I've only played 5 titles, in mostly chronological order (play Pilot Quest early!), and each title has been enjoyable in their own way. The joy of discovering what each of the fifty games are, how they play, and familiarizing yourself with its nuances is a wonderful experience. Since these games are old school, each title demands your attention to progress and failure is pretty punishing; such as in Barbuta and Bug Hunter.

You can tell each game had a lot of thought and care poured into it, even when some titles seem janky on purpose. UFO 50 has so much charm and a crowning achievement in gaming for the quality it delivers and the value you get from a $25 dollar purchase. With 50 separate, realized games, there's something for everyone!
