As a complete simp for anything related to what once was the Telltale Studio this game is wet dream come ture.
I knew what I was in for when I read that the studio was "a team made up of former Telltale Games developers that worked on The Walking Dead, The Wolf Among Us, and Tales from the Borderlands" (source wikipedia).
Can't go wrong with those guys.

The characters are well written and fun, the story so far is interesting and the world feels alive, immersive and it has a very interesting vibe overall. The voice acting is great for the most part.

I really enjoyed the dispatcher gameplay- it really made me wish there was a game mode that just had you manage a team of heroes and dispatch them accordingly, leveling their skills in a loop,
because and this is where my only nitpick comes in, sadly the game so far, is rather short.

And yes, it's only out partially, I know. But I think with each episode being around an hour long it's safe to say that the game will be around 8 hrs in total.

I think it's an amazing experience so far and I am looking forward to the next episode.
If the rest keeps up the quality (and I'm sure it will) I can only recommend it.

Ich hab schon lange kein Spiel mehr gespielt, das mir so viel Freude bereitet hat. Ich bin eigentlich kein Fan von Turn-Based Kampfsystem, aber hier macht es absolut Sinn (wegen dem Würfel/DnD Aspekt) und man kommt auch gut rein nach 'ner Zeit.
Ich spiele auch IRL DnD und muss echt sagen, dass es alles was man sich von einem DnD Adventure wünscht bietet!
Auch lieb ich es, dass man beispielsweise mit Tieren und (manchen) Toten reden kann. Ein Kumpel und ich haben in unseren Runs einiges sehr ähnlich gemacht und trotzdem haben wir komplett andere Outcomes und Infos da er z.b. Lae'zel getötet hat und ich Karlach (was ich sehr bereue).
Das Spiel ist definitiv die 60€ wert.

Das Spiel ist für ein paar Stunden schon unterhaltsam. Man fängt Slimes, kreuzt sie, füttert sie usw. Ab und an kommt man in ein neues Gebiet und findet neue Slimes.
Mit Multiplayer hätte es sicherlich mehr Spaß gemacht, allerdings glaube ich, dass dazu der Content nicht ausgereicht hätte.
Nach ein paar Stunden ist das Gameplay etwas sehr repetitiv und da hilft dann leider auch kein neues Gebiet oder ein neuer Slime.

Mir gefällt es bis jetzt echt super gut. Ich bin normalerweiße kein großer Fan von Survival Games, aber dieses macht WIRKLICH Spaß und in der Gruppe sogar noch mehr!
