DO NOT BLINDLY ACCEPT INVITES JUST BECAUSE THEY'RE ON MY LIST TOO.
I regularly accept bot invites, and also hunt bots, which unfortunately tend to scrape your entire friends list. If you do get an invite and it turns out to be a bot, don't be shy to report it by going to its profile and clicking More -> 'Report Violation'.

Debates and arguments
I love debating about things a little. I'll never get mad at you for debating or arguing with me, even if you would. Don't be afraid to discuss a subject you have feelings about, and don't be shy to tell me I'm wrong if you have good reasons for it, but beware that I will defend my statements as well. Keep pushing if you think you're right. That's how debates work. But avoid logical fallacies, for they will ruin any good conversation. What are logical fallacies? Strangeness and oddity
I am a little strange at times. So I've been told, and so I've observed; I know I am. But I don't bite either. I just like to ponder about things and approach them differently than the average person would. I'm however not crazy, just a little odd at times, but rest assured I always mean well; it's not in my nature to hurt or seek trouble. If you feel that I've said something you're unsure about, feel free to ask me what I meant. I never hold such questions against people; I know I'm a little strange.

Religion
I think religion doesn't have a place in this world anymore, unless it's practiced as a philosophy. I accept it's there as I accept other people's opinions differ, but let me explain why I personally don't.

-You don't need religion. Science and Philosophy have the answers you're looking for. Religions oppress, telling you what to think instead of letting you think for yourself, teaching you values that were questionable 2017 years ago.

-The majority of religions are both oppressive as well as aggressive, telling you what to think and not to think as well as who to hate and why, sometimes the books even tell you to plain and simple kill those who don't agree. I don't think such a belief has a place in this world, where we are desperately trying to come together and find common ground somehow.

-They're often incompatible with science, telling you to plainly disregards its views, while science itself has been invented to be the ultimate answer to all questions of absolute kind; you CANNOT disregard anything science concludes, without disputing it in scientific manners, full stop. I don't think many people realize how absolute this is, you simply can not argue against science, without using science.

-Philosophy is a very underrated reality framework that humanity likes to disregard. It was conceived before science, to assert things and find answers to the questions such as existence, knowledge, values, reason, mind, and language. Literally, it means 'Love of Wisdom'.

-Together, Science and Philosophy should give you all the answers you need; Find the right morals? Philosophy. Find how to apply them? Science. Want to know how to live the longest? Science. Want to know how to live the best? Philosophy [en.wikipedia.org].

Feel free to ask me about it or get in debate with me. I'm not aggressive and I know what a good debate looks like, and I also won't judge you for your personal views, unless they go against my own morals ;) but even then I'll calmly explain why.




Personally I believe humans are capable of 'telepathy', by using words to do so. Words are something we've invented, we've grown used to, but they are exactly what separates us from most other animals, they allow us to create very large and very narrowly defined constructs and work together on scales that no other creatures are capable of.

And the internet has just increased our 'telepathic range' to span the entire planet at a millisecond's delay, which naturally creates a lot of conflict and rearranging, humans having to adapt their beliefs to this new worldwide network of convergence and debate on everything, which allow us to seek confirmation or denial with evidence on basically anything imaginable.

The more people will join the internet, the more unified we will become, but the more far apart we will feel, because it causes more denials and conflicts to emerge, we have to learn to accept that for everything we say, there will be a legion of people that agree, and a legion of people that disagree. This is the new reality, in which every reality can coexist, as long as humans allow these to do so. Don't go fighting windmills, regardless of what you believe they stand for, allow people to believe things you don't, so that they will do the same for you. Only then we will find true peace in this world.
