Now that I think about it, this weapon really is the same thing as gas, but from a parallel universe: instead of oneshotting commons and rendering crowd-control classes pointless, it oneshots giants and makes single-target damagers pointless.
However, there is one key difference that makes it a lot more overpowered than gas. While pyro is great at single-target damage by default, he doesn't invalidate DPS classes. So when he uses gas, he still lets at least a third of the classes do their job and have fun. SR demos, on the other hand, oneshot both giants and commons, so the only thing you can do in a lobby with one is being a janitor: mop up the stuff that demo misses and wait for the end of your shift.
Your engineer game really sucks though, move your dispenser with the team and keep the sentry in front of the bomb
