This is a game that I played for the first time long ago. Fun game, takes lot of time to actually finish with all quests. (Some quests are open ended and therefore they can't be finished.)
Why not recommended? I don't post this in many reviews. But the main issues with this game are 1. very old engine and therefore can be played only in HD mode max, 2. buggy & repetitive! you will see the similarities of intereaction very frequently, 3. No active development team, the company that actually made this game, gone bankrupt many many years ago. 4. AI is very bad & repetitive.
Some nice stuffs are: It's open world and really huge! Nice ideas in the game but not properly implemented
