I really was excited to play this when I first saw it released on Steam. I was thinking a game that had taken tips from Circus Maximus and wanted to reboot Action/Arcade Chariot Racing. Unfortunately, that's not what we got... The game is an unfinished port that really needs some tender love and care. At it's core, the gameplay wouldn't be THAT bad if only all the technical, graphical and visual glitches weren't so prevalent. Invisible walls, floating coins, blurring when boosting that is almost nauseating, completely unrealistic/flat physics, strange animations and sometimes none at all. Especially when considering the price tag is 25 dollars, this is not worth your time or your money unless they do some serious fixing. Really disappointed with this one, considering the subject matter.

Just as addicting and fun as the previous app titles. This time around, you've got more features, more story and it's undoubtedly more difficult (sometimes annoyingly frustratingly so). If you play the campaign, you will follow the story of a man/woman thrown into a unwelcome Zombie Apocalypse world full of difficult choices, unexpected results and game mechanics that inspire that "one more turn" philosophy. There is a real-time component but I prefer the, move ahead one day of the classic games. This is one of the few iOS games I would actually recommend and find worth playing.

Basic Tutorial and Video Review:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RM1bkSmZGCY

A solid 4X Economic Turn-based game that is SO FREAKING HARD. Due to a lack of a tutorial, and an incredibly minimalist HUD, this game can only be learned through trial and error. The AI has one difficulty, ruthless and expansive and will quickly outpace you if you waste too many turns. However, despite these faults, this game has the most interesting take of the economic portion of a 4X game I've ever seen. The entire goal of the game is to make a ton of money to colonize at least 50% of the galaxy. You make money by building mines that each specialize in the production of 1 resource. As you build up, you start to build factories which can create commodities which sell for significantly higher profits than just plain resources. If you don't have the required resource needed to produce the good then you buy it off the market automatically which, obviously, diminishes your profits. So you benefit by colonizing planets and varying what resources you're mining. To add on to this strategy, there is the Patent System. Summed up, this system means, if you have all the resources needed to produce a commodity, then you can purchase a patent on it causing your profits to increase by 500%. However, patents are in limited supply and there are only so many combinations of resources that can be patented meaning the faster you expand, the more money you make, thus the better chance of taking over the galaxy you have.

Now there is a military side of the game where you build massive fleets to attack either independent worlds or AI controlled worlds which have the resources you need. However, fleets and militarys and even the research required to make them more effective are ungodly expensive! Even a small fleet of 4 frigates can cripple a burgeoning Company, so you only go to war when necessary.

I definitely recommend this game, it's hard and can be incredibly punishing but anyone who is willing to take the time to play the game will quickly find a Gem amongst indie Space Strategy games.

I love this game. Think Game Dev Tycoon, just you can also be a publisher, more topics, far more indepth, with customizable buildings, a plethora of different room types each with their own specific role in the production/develop of video games, items to customize your Game Company, unlimited time span to play in, and best of all, ludicrously addicting gameplay. And it's only version 0.15! Yes, I know, I sound like a total fanboy... but Game Dev Tycoon left me wanting/craving a Game Development Company Management Simulation that had real depth, that could expand upon the already simplistic yet addicting gameplay with a tad more strategy. Well, this game is it. Absolutely recommend the finished product!

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Everything is copied and pasted from Unity Assets. This is absolutely shameless. Where once I thought wow, those are some really nice environments with cool looking monster models, I realized that the developer didn't actually create any of it. I decided to investigate and these are the same guys who made that stupid Temper Tantrum game! STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT PAY FOR THIS CRAP!

Update: You can now change prices! :)
I want to start out by saying... the game isn't THAT bad.Look at this game in the same vein as the classic flash game Lemonade Stand. Like seriously, this game operates in a very similar manner. The problem I have with it though is the fact that you can't change the prices like you could in Lemonade Stand. In LS you'd also have to worry about inventory, having enough without wasting too much money and not wasting money on extra bags of ice if you didn't need it etc etc. This game more focuses on getting more money to buy more menu items and only selling certain items in certain areas and certain days of the week when the right people are coming through. It's less economic management sim and more luck based situational management sim... if you know what I mean. I'm on the fence for recommending this game because it's not that bad but it's not that great. For sake of ease, I'll leave a video to allow you to make a decision.

I loved the original Magicka and Wizard Wars was pretty good for a MOBA and they both had unique game styles in terms of spell casting and control. Although, WW felt like it dumbed down the spell variety considerably compared to the base game of Magicka. This game tries to simplify (I think) the gameplay from the first and it ends up feeling like a mix of Wizard Wars and Magicka's playstyles. There are definitely improvements, for example, the more responsive middle mouse button but it still doesn't feel better than the first game's controls. Oh and it sucks that you can't combine to make ICE anymore. It's cool that you can move while casting now which makes soloing the game easier but the movement can feel really floaty at times or that your character is sliding around on ice so again it doesn't feel as good as the original. It seems they tried waaay too hard to cater to the console crowd.

However, despite these complaints. I believe the game stands up on it's own and is still a great game. Honestly, it feels a so different from the first one, it's hard to really compare it indefinitely to the original. The humor is still humorous, the story is still good, and there are plenty of outfits and unlockables to be found throughout the game... Seriously, I can't get over how much there is to find in the game... from one liners and pop culture references just as hilarious as you would expect and new weapons and staffs dot every single chapter I've played so far. Another nice touch, is the Artwork for every cutscene and the improved graphics... not that the other games were ever lacking in that department.

All in all, I definitely recommend this game and can already see how much fun it's going to be playing with friends. Now I've gonna go blow up some Yellow Wizards.

Absolutely amazing game with a very intense immersive world and story driven narrative. You'll find yourself getting lost in a beautiful world of swaying trees, burning skies and the helpless lives of the downtrodden citizens of an unforgiving life. Choices you make in this world will make you regret, feel, and crave the next story... from the minor subplots to the main storyline. Nothing feels half-assed. I hate the horse though, that freaking fear level gets me every single time on the Hard difficulty. Also, seeing what happens to the Baron if you save the Orphans broke my soul... who would've thought I could sympathize with an Abusive Husband? The Witcher 3 makes you think about the weight of your actions and whether doing the right thing is the right thing to do.

It was 24 cents... I had to... my steam addiction made me do it. And oh my god, mine eyes have seen things you wouldn't dream of... awful things... unimagineable things.

Stay far, far away.
UPDATE: This game was made using assets from the Unity Engine. Seems like the devs just copied and pasted a bunch of random stuff they got licenses for. Shameful. Absolutely shameful.

Sidenote, kids that are like 3 would like this game. So I'd recommend it for a much, much younger generation... everyone else... stay away.

Unfinished game missing basic features that games from 25 years ago had.... example, an options menu yet they still had the ability to add in Steam Trading Cards. There is no way to turn down the sound/music without doing so on your System Mixer and you're unable to change the resolution for the game... there is only one, which is 640x480. Music is good but has background static and it sometimes randomly shuts off during game play. Protip for people who actually decide to spend 4 dollars on this game, ESC shuts off the game's sound. Also, archers are ridiculously over powered because they can shoot through anything. Seriously, my archer shot through 4 wall blocks and dealt the same amount of damage your basic infantry man can do. What's the point of using anything other than a group of archers with 1 or 2 scouts? Sounds like you need some balancing there. The menu clicking reverbs if clicked too quickly, consider changing it to something that isn't a bell dinging and echoing.

Don't get me wrong, there are some nice things, the aforementioned music is nice and relaxing and would be great if it had an adjustable sound bar. The art style is nice and graphically for a PC tabletop game, it doesn't look bad or seem lacking in the art deparment... it's just basic things that have become standard in the game industry over the past 2 decades. Hell, the laziest iOS ports have an ingame mute button that is generally denoted by a speaker icon.

Just my two cents.
