What a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke. I can't believe I was stupid enough to believe a lifeless crash grab like this would amount to ANYTHING. First thing you'll be greeted to is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ server list that will get stuck if you click ♥♥♥♥ too fast, good luck refreshing 80 times to find YOUR OWN SERVER. Rubberbanding while falling has killed me more times than I can count. I don't know if the game randomizes fall damage or some ♥♥♥♥ but you won't die to the same fall every single time, sometimes it'll kill you instantly and sometimes it won't, it's a roll of a die. I do not reccommend putting any time into the game in it's current state, with the armor nerfs and ridiculously high dino damage your character and tames aren't guarenteed to survive even against LOW level mobs, a level 2 werewolf will rip through your ascended gear like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ paper. The collision system is an absolute mess, raptors especially will run straight up to you and literally attack you from underneath your character, causing you to get stuck on it's back while it's still able to hit you. I've gotten stuck on tiny fences every single time I jumped near them, it's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hassle to get stuck on everything, because you have to break the thing you are stuck on to get free. The gap between the novice zone and every other zone is too massive, you'll eventually hit a point where you are one shotting everything in the noob areas yet you will still get one shot by anything stronger than a phiomia, the games progression is slow and you'll have to grind for hours just to get strong enough to survive against common raptors, which can kill you you instantly in anything other than steel armor. You will spend most of your time trying to retrive your items, you will try to gather materials and you will get attacked by ♥♥♥♥ that you stand absolutely no chance against straight from the get-go, and those enemies will stay around your corpse so it will become even more difficult to get your items back. I'm leaving out a lot of other annoying ♥♥♥♥ but overall it's a frustrating, buggy, mess of a game that I would never reccommend to anyone. Until the devs get their ♥♥♥♥ together and stop with the STUPID ninja-nerfs, the game will not thrive, you don't keep people around by ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on their progress and hard work. Classic early-access game that was only put out for the money, Snail Games wants more of it and they will continue to pump out these ARK spin-offs/clones to get it, even if the product they are releasing is absolute garbage. 1/10 w o u l d n o t e v e n w i p e m y a s s w i t h t h i s g a m e.
