I came across the VTuber who uses the character in your avatar and I've been watching several gameplays. Refreshingly adorable IMO. Even if they aren't subbed I can generally follow along with what she's experiencing if I know the game in question.

To be fair, they keep referring to some "Forum Guidelines", the ones dishing out the warnings, but I think they are being purposefully vague, or they're using it just as an excuse to go after anyone who isn't in support. Oh well.
