I say the same thing about Rebirth that I said for the first one: Amazing. Hard. Addicting.

There quality is improved on this remake, the player now has the hability to save the game and continue it on another time and invite a friend to play along due to the local co-op feature. A "hard" mode is also available.
In this one we are able to have +6 familiars but unlike the original game there's a limit to how much heart containers the player can have. There is a bunch of new items, 4 more playable character including a secret one, new enemies and bosses and various new challenges.

If you enjoyed the original BoI you are sure to enjoy its remake
