Report a translation problem
The only files my Trainer creates are the SRU_Internal.dll (if it's missing), the SRU_Internal_Loader_New.exe (if there's an update) and a changelog.txt (also if there's an update). Very early versions created files in the temp folder on updates, but these were immediately deleted and had random names 32 characters long, which also does not match your file.
The Loader executable exits as soon as the game is found and the injected DLL only runs while the game itself is active since it becomes part of the game process.
A quick google research shows that this file could be from norton antivirus, do you use that?
