Inscryption is a great experience, full of mystery. The deck-building card gameplay lost my interest in the middle, but the story and atmosphere was interesting enough to keep me going. Very worth it to play through the finale, satisfying end with some awesome moments.

Surprisingly good. The combat is uncomplicated and not super interesting, but the story and character performances are really solid.

If this game grabs you, it's an all-consuming experience. I haven't had room for much else in my head since I started playing it. It feels more like reading a great book than playing a game, honestly, and if that doesn't sound interesting it might not be for you.

The city of Martinaise, along with all its inhabitants, stands as one of the densest and most well-developed game worlds I've played in. I'll remember Disco Elysium for a long time after finishing it.

Seven hours on PC, 500+ on PS4.

My best multiplayer experience of the past five or six years have all been in Destiny. I love the world, the gunplay feels better than anything else out there, and raiding with friends (and even strangers) feels super rewarding. The story in-game is only decent (so much amazing lore is buried in the text of triumphs, I wish we saw more of it while playing).
