Early Access Review
Just another survival early access game right ?! right?!

As someone that had bought Conan exiles on day one, who can remember the day they removed underwater combat, running with tools/weapons drawn and npc pathing so it looked like your guards were doing at least something.

This game is in a lot of ways the same, but has a guided path if you want to follow the "quest". Npc's Roam around in your base, and when you give them orders, they will work on your village even when your not around. it all just works.

the combat feels great imo, even though it's a bit janky, it works quite well. and the best of all, the dedicated server which you can setup works insanely well. the server compared to ue4 games it takes up about 4-5times as much ram. It's built in ue5 and 16gygs of ram, is something I would gladly sacrifice for decent non rubberbanding behaviour, this is with all the npc's running around.

unlike the Conan early access experience,
It clearly looks like the Soulmask developers are running fierce on all cylinders.

I'm very positively amazed by the early experience.
