Barry Lyndon eat your heart out

An amazing trip down a rabbit hole. Daniel Mullins games have always been wonderful meta-textual stories, but this time the game (or games) attached are equally interesting and engaging. I really enjoyed each layer of the gameplay as they are revealed and grew to an amazing crescendo.

A great detective story where you have to use a lot of context clues to make educated guesses. Thankfully the game is pretty forgiving despite the fact that you feel completely loss and then take a shot at an answer. I wasn't supposed to be a detective. I was told we’d cruise the seas for American gold. We’d fire no guns, shed no tears

Fun combat, fun take on greek myths, fun interactions, fun variety of builds. Its as close to a perfect game that can be made.

While the beats of Survival Horror games are more and more regular. Rebirth still is able bring some of the best story telling in any horror game. It is not quite as good as SOMA but still a great place to start and probably the most polished work Frictional has made.

A great game with interesting gameplay, sometimes runs go on way too long and some of the side grade weapons are no fun to unlock.
But other than that I still love this as much as RoR 1. Fun to try with different builds and vastly different heroes wonderful game with a unique style.

You cut through a gangway and don't realize there is a coolant line behind it. Suddenly the reactor starts heating up and melting down you start torching the supports to tether it out. Sparks from the reactor arc and ignite a fuel barrel causing the thrusters you forgot to remove to explode in sequence.
The reactor gets stuck in is casing and won't move so you are frantic. Ripping panels off of it to get it to squeeze out of its shell you're almost out of tethers and your suit helmet is cracked by an arc of energy.

10/10 would shipbreak again.
