I think this WW2 game has a good balance between arcade and realistic playstyle. Some things feel arcade like the artillery is instantly dropped off from the towing and ready to fire, however your units can be ordered to move and attack as macro command, but if you wish, you can even micro what the individual soldier should do. There are many many realistic details you can do in this game, for example if the enemy crew abandons a tank, your soldiers can capture the tank and you can use it against the enemy. Other thing that every soldier and vehicle has their own inventory, and you can loot items to help your soldiers to get better and more weapons. You have many options to build defense line, laying down different mines, razor wire, digging hole or line of trenches for your soldiers even building bunkers. Also the tank crew can repair the damaged tracks of the tank if it is safe, so there are really many details in the game, which gives a realistic feeling to the battles.

Most the negative reviews are coming from fans of Gates of Hell, just because this game is not exactly like that, they throw negative reviews to pull down this nice WW2 game, because they don't want a good competition for their loved game, it seems. It is sad, it has become like a brand fight, if they love their game so much, they are free to continue playing that.

Probably the most beautiful medieval city builder.

You can fight 10v10 in multiplayer, it really feels like a big scale war! You need to learn a lot, but it is already addicting from the start for me who likes strategy games! You can experience with many different battlegroups you send into the battle, like in a card game, you pre-select your "deck" who you send into the battle and in what order.

Boring start of the story, terrible looking NPCs (typical unnatrual looking and moving Bethesda NPCs), planets are mostly randomly generated places with wastelands, which have invisible borders. It is not worth the current price, wait for sale...

Finally I lost my bear virginity.

It is a relaxing management game, you can finish it (getting all technology) in one day, so I don't think it is worth the full price, so rather buy it on sale. After you finish it, you get a little extra mode, playing in the winter, but that is not much exra to be honest.
I played on normal, I had not big issue on this difficulty, you don't even need to do much micro management, so if you want more challenge go for the hard difficulty. On normal difficulty, I didn't need to assign my workers priorities at all.

Amazing war simulation from sky view, it is very innovative, how you control and see everything around you, still works well. Also you don't need to grind for levels or loot for items to feel you can fight, you can just grab a weapon from the storage, and you can hop into the fight on the front line.
You feel there is not enough weapons or bandages on the front? You can make everything by yourself starting from the basic material you can collect on the field, then you can bring it by truck to the factory, where you can make weapons or other things from it. Then you can bring these to the frontline to help your soldiers!
You have much freedom, what roles you want to play in this game, be friendly and try to learn from the experienced players. Feel free to ask for help in chat and join teams to make the war effort greater, but you can always make difference alone, even if you don't feel so your help matter, however sometimes the weapons and aid you bring to the frontline bunker can arrive at crucial point of the fight on the part of the front! So every soldier can make a difference in this big battle!

The concept of this game terribly boring for me. The progression of development is very slow and boring, because you do nothing else, just floating on the water and you need to look around all the time for the randonly coming materials... how is that fun? Also your starting water and food resources are very limited, and it also make the game utterly boring, you need to repeat so many things again and again while you just stand on your raft and looking for those random materials you need.
Simply boring, because in other survivor games at least you have the feeling of freedom to discover the land and its nature around you, but here you can just visit some random small islands (mostly) which also don't offer much for you exploring-wise.
For me any other game felt more interesting as Rust, The Forest or the Medieval Dynasty, I would rather suggest those if you look for survivor games.

Same stupid console control which DS games had... this game is only for DS fans. Even to get to used to this stupid control and camera system is a real suffering, no thanks, if I want to paly console game, I will buy console to play with.

This game is like Killing Floor with tower defense mechanism, so it is even better than the other zombie shooter games, it even has more classes to choose from. Also it has many game modes, PvE and PvP as wel.
In horde mode, after every wave, you get points, which you can use to buy traps as electric trap, fence, razorwire, autoturret, and place them on the route of the next zombie horde, so it has the tower defence feeling as well.
