Lil Pump’s self-titled mixtape “Lil Pump” is an invaluable chronicle of the “rockstar lifestyle”, as well as a window into his life, and his subtle yearning for a deeper meaning in his life. To begin, Lil Pump’s rise to fame, and into the ‘rockstar lifestyle’, bring him many relationships, sexual, friendly, and otherwise. For example, the second song on the mixtape, “Gucci Gang”, contains lyrics such as “I ♥♥♥♥ a ♥♥♥♥♥ I forgot her name”, which depicts the depth of his romantic relationships, and how they often lack meaning, and are just shallow releases, without any depth.
