Now, 244 hours of playing. And about one third of that on multiplayer. So, the thing is multiplayer has been somehow buggy since the beginning. However, the bugs were slightly annoying, not the ones that makes game impossible to play. However, after one of the recent updates there is an additional hassle to play multiplayer. And even after doing that there are bugs making the coop impossible. It seems like QA of the game is not even performed on multiplayer, as those problems regard the basic gameplay.

The content of my original negative review is still valid:
"It seems the game support only Logitech steering wheel. If you have anything else (like Speedlink Drift O.Z.), forget about it. It is even more disappointing, as the wheel is working correctly in their previous title (Mud Runner)."
You might face problems when trying to play on a non-officially supported steering wheel, as the generic support for wheel is rather rudimentary. And even using supported wheel there are still functions you cannot map to the controller. And some minor annoying behaviour of UI happening randomly.

However, after buying one of the supported controllers I can tell there is a lot of content and gameplay. Being on the 2nd map of first region I can tell the game is well balanced. You are facing challenges which are difficult enough to grant you a satisfaction after being completed, but not frustrating. Unless you are driving recklessly, like I tent to do :)

So, generally, if you are into virtual truck driving, this game is a good shot.
