I'm not so into tower defense games myself, but as far as they go, this one was pretty good. You don't have to just build turrets/walls/traps, you can run around and attack the enemies themselves which is nice. The different characters you can choose from each bring their own playstyle into the game, rather than just a cosmetic difference. If you're into tower defense games and a friend isn't really, try getting them to try this - that's how I ended up playing it.

As this is an MMO, I feel I didn't give the game a fair chance, what I did play I very much enjoyed though. I had issues with the prices for things ingame being just astronomically to high (at the time, maybe different now, been awhile) and the launcher. The game (once again, idk, might have changed since then) didn't update through steam but through its own launcher which means when I went to play the game, I'd end up stuck at a 2 hour update, taking up most if not all my available time. It's very nice they keep updating the game, and my internet has significantly sped up since back then so it wouldn't be so much of a problem for me anymore, just all my friends who did play the game have long since moved on.

Good game, bad game... I really can only say the game is "meh". the terrorist hunt mode is fun in groups, but for me thats all this game has to offer - and most of the "operators" perks dont have any benefit to terrorist hunt so it doesn't take long to get the ones you like. Given the option between this and R6: Vegas 2, I'd say Vegas 2 in a heart beat. I very much dislike the "operators" based gameplay this brings as opposed to just letting me pick my weapons and perks for myself, there is no story, and the game gets boring quickly - unless you're a big competitive multiplayer fan, then idk myself but I guess you'll love it like most people do.

Great RPG, a lot better than I expected having no "nostalgia goggles" to put on like I do for most older games I own. The story is nice and interesting, voice acting is good (for its time), graphics are very nice, and gameplay is quite fun. A lot of freedom in how you build/play your character, and I never encountered an obstacle I couldn't overcome with my build on my playthrough - which I wouldn't call a combat focused build, but also not a combat evasive one either. Overall I recommend the game to anyone into RPG games and the vampire scene (just check the forums for issues getting the game to run on current PCs).

Amazing game, loved it on PS3 and bought it as soon as it came out on steam! Love how mutiplayer is done - no voice, no text, no emote, just one button to make a sound and communicate that way. The game also having no dialog in it whatsoever enables a great story telling theme to it. 100% recommend to anyone into art games!

Surprisingly extremely fun, far better than Fallout 4 in my opinion. The game plays pretty much like a single player game, you MAY see other players from time to time, but most of the time I'm playing (unless I'm actively doing the group events, or playing with friends) I pretty much never see anyone. Though I will add that the game is more fun with friends to run around with. Overall, yes I would recommend this game to everyone who has enjoyed any of the Fallout games since 3.

Great game, just like all other Trials games, just wish they hadn't introduced premium currency which locks out select bikes and map packs (even if you have the season pass edition). Granted you get enough of the currency freely in game by just completing challenges, but not enough for everything; maybe 2 or 3 bikes (of 5 i think) or enough for all but 1 map pack at the time of writing. Personally I'm more ok with the bikes locked out behind the pay wall as they aren't any of the main bikes fans of the game would really care about, just fun things, but I find having maps locked out to be in poor taste. Still though I would fully recommend the game and very much enjoy it.

Early Access Review
Innovative controls and a very nice open world really make the game fun, particularly enjoy;
- Skater customization
- Nice sized city, with bus stop fast travel
- prop editor tool
Most complaints I currently have feel unfair as the game is still in early access but i'll voice them anyway (hoping they will be fixed in future updates):
- The world feels lifeless, no NPCs or traffic
- Challenges give "rewards" that don't actually give you anything
- some tricks keep seeming glitched, like a 360 flip with manual catch turned on always completes the trick and then randomly just continues rotating for an extra 180 (so 360 flip to late shove-it without touching the board?)
- Personally don't like how the game handles spins, I preferred the Tony Hawk/Skate/SkaterXL style
- Need the ability to open a map and see where you are and where areas are
Overall though, its fun and I'm very hopeful for the games future, definitely recommend even in early access.
