Comment:
What a game! Crazy fun concept of waddling around, causing mischief and not giving a honk about what the humans think. And sure, some of them will shoo you away or take the thing you just stole. But that is the maximum they can do. They cannot hurt you. They will not stop the chaos honk train rolling through their village, only delay it.

Gameplay is simple - you can honk at, run from and grab what you want with the stuff/people you find. Or you can move onto the to-do list(s) which contain specific tasks. There are four main areas that unlock as you progress in the to-do lists. And you can unlock shortcuts (gates) to the previous areas in this way too. Simple premise but the execution takes a bit of practice.

I played this with my son and we had a blast (for the most part). We laughed many times and improved our teamwork as we figured out the mechanics. Which is why I recommend going in blind at least for the first playthrough. Discovering is part of the charm this game has. The game is VERY kid friendly, you have as many attempts as you like. Though the action heats up towards the end where you have to outrun and outmaneuver the citizens.

Having finished both solo and co-op I can say that I found it easier to go solo. But it is FAR more fun to play with someone else! Playing co-op in the later areas requires a level of coordination because you can only get a certain distance from your fellow goose. This can become super restricting in some places, especially the pub one.

So whether you are a solo player or want to give this a go with someone else - this game is plenty of fun! It scratches that itch of being goofy enough to enjoy casually but also making room for more skill (or cooperation) based play. Recommended!
