This game development is absolutely clear to me, and here, I seek only one thing—peace, tranquility, and that harmony that comes from merging with the infinitely eternal, from contemplating the grand fractal similarity, and from this magnificent unity of being, endlessly eternal, no matter where you look—deep within, into the infinitely small, or high above, into the infinitely vast. Do you understand?

And yet, here you are again with your Lethal Company—go on, keep playing, that’s your domain, your path, your horizon of pleasure and understanding, but it is immeasurably small compared to mine, you see?

I have already seen everything in this Milky Way, long ago—Elite V, immortal, or nearly immortal, one who has been in this galaxy since its very birth, since the Sun had just formed as a star, since that gas and dust cloud, after the explosion, when the Sun first ignited, began to shape the planets, the coacervates, you see? I have lived on this ship for nearly five billion years, I know it inside and out, and I know this entire world, and yet you bring up... what? Cars? Yachts? Apartments? Wealth?

I have roamed this galaxy countless times, greater than Jameson, greater than all the legends, and elsewhere, I have been nothing but a wretched Harmless pilot. I feel all these paths. In some lives, I was an explorer. In others, a pirate. A trader. And somewhere, just a lifeless chunk of rock. This is Elite, do you understand? It has facets of similarity that are infinitely diverse, an endless multitude.

But you cannot grasp this, so keep flying your own way. We experience this game through different sensations, different aspirations, and so our places, our destinies, are different too.

I wish you all the best ships, the most lucrative trade routes. And if you ever lack ideas, come to me—I will offer you a hundred trillion paths for every single one you conceive.

But as for me, I move forward as Elite V, one who has glimpsed the eternal, who has touched the divine, who has become godlike, and who now soars into the infinite. I dwell in serenity, peace, harmony, grace—in this sacred bliss, immersed in all and everything, do you understand?

And that is our difference.
