*** Regarding the Iceborne update if you already owned the game and you're having trouble with getting the game to start then remove your mods!!! That is what is causing the issue, they are not currently supported with the new DLC content. Once you remove any and all mods you've put onto MHW you'll be able to load your save files and play normally ***

Game is great and really addictive. Characters are completely customizable and you can even make your own feline companion.

Though if you're not into grind heavy games I would recommend you find something else to play. While there is an end to the story, this game still has a lot of end-game things to do. With new events and seasonal gear to get. You'll find yourself constantly grinding to get the best gear you can. Along with them still adding monsters to the list of things to hunt. The game may get a bit stale once you've gotten everything you can get, but it's worth coming back for the constant updates.

An absolutely fun game to play with friends as well 15 people can gather in one server and you can arm wrestle while you wait for players to ready up and start the hunt, Though you can only hunt on quests with 4 people at a time; That's you and 3 other people.
