>Profile at least level 25, 50+ friends, and 100+ paid games.
>Profiles 1.5 years allowed in holidays, others 4.5 years since.
>At holidays, profile be level 10, 10+ friends, 25+ paid games.
>Profile and content visibility must be public or friends only.
>Forum and workshop history cannot be extremely offensive.
>Mutual games, interests, values; mutual friends is a bonus.
>People I know in real life and good terms with can skip this.

>Suspected scamming, griefing, trolling, cheating, or extremist.
>Lack of communication, gameplay, or other interactions here.
>Offline for 30+ days unless given valid reason or my friend irl.
