It's basically Skyrim but in 64 bit. That means more RAM and less crashes. Get a bunch of graphics mods though... even if the graphics are (slightly) improved over the 2011 release, the graphics still don't hold up that well IMO.

Also get the Paarthurnax Dilemma mod. Trust me. DO IT.
