This is a great game, especially if you enjoyed the first one; however, having micro transactions in a single player game is ridiculous and introducing them after release is scummy. On top of that, changing your character costs $2. You are unable to start a new game, which is supposedly a "feature" that is going to be released on the steam version soon. Denuvo is a terrible protection measure and also terrible for performance. I was able to tweak my settings to play it well on my 2070 super, but just having Denuvo alone is a downside. That said, if you don't mind either of those issues, this is a wonderful game and lots of fun.

I very rarely ever write reviews on steam; however, this game was enough of a hot mess for me to actually put in the effort to review it. I can't get a refund because I played it for 7 hours. EA is too cheap to refund it themselves and are already cash grabbing with cosmetic releases instead of focusing entirely on fixing their broken, half-assed game. They don't care about the players, they just want to milk whatever money they can out of a player base while slowly killing franchises. Triple A games have been nothing except a disappointment lately, churning the same garbage out again and again. Indie games seem to be the way to go.

Charging money for mods after rereleasing this game multiple times for more money for the same thing is just garbage.
