Early Access Review
I wouldn't recommand this game.
As the idea is brilliant and promising, the game itself is still very unstable and doesn't work at all on my computer. I don't think I have an exotic configuration and I've tried lots of thing to make it work with no luck so far (changing settings, changing OS, updating drivers...)

The only thing that works is the prebuilt game included in the simulator...which is quite useless since I would like to try to modelize my own game and do some testing with friends.

I am aware that this is "Early access", but between an early access that is buggy but still working and this, there is quite a big gap.

I am really disappointed.

Update (2024/12/01): It has been quite a bit of time since my review and after many updates and bug fixes, I must correct myself and say that it is now in a much better shape now. If you want to simulate any boardgame, especially lost ones or prototypes, it is a wonderful tool to use ! The community is also supporting the game with lots of Workshop options that can provide anything you can imagine and more. Congratulations to the developper who succeeded in doing better !

Thanks for your review! We'd be happy to help get this running for you if you send me an email to [email protected]. We'd need your OS and other general configurations, how much ram usage is being used when you try to play a custom game and any error messages/logs you have received. You mentioned the base game works and that's great, so it's definitely an issue with the custom games and we we'll do our best to see how we can get it working for you. The minimum requirements listed are for the base game as ram usage varies for custom content, but we're still working on that as well on our end to see how we can make it better overall.

HI again. Since your review in June, we've added so many features and updates. But we also had a huge optimization patch which has fixed all the major crashes people were having and now we hardly hear about any crashes. I'd love to have you check it out again and see if it works for you. We recently had a huge v3.0 update that also included a lot of new features as well.
