I like to play Cities: Skylines now and again to relax. I've already enjoyed city builders, and have purchased a lot of the series as they came out.

So imagine my dissapointment when I come to play it and I cannot start or load a game without having to sign in.

I cannot and will not advocate games where I have to add yet another DRM/log-on layer additionally to Steam.

Edit; Patch updated and returned my saves etc, and I do recommend it. Sections of the community are strangely aggressive.

Ugh, DRM is the worst! I hate when games force you to log in just to play. 🙄 It's a good thing they patched it, tho. Now I can chill out with my city-building! 🏙

Thanks for your kind comments.

We all have good days, and we all have bad ones. In this case I was having a bad day whereby the only options for me were to log in, and not start or load a previous save.

In the 30 seconds that I wished to try and battle with it, I gave up and vented.

However, lets get to the bottom as to why you are so aggressive, and so unnessecarily rude. Prehaps the amount of hours spent in CSGO have affected your social cohesion, or maybe it's because you are French.

Since the patch today it has changed, and the options for me are no longer greyed out, but seeing as the negative review got you so riled up, I'll leave it up due to the toxicity of the community. ;)

lmao are you retarded? you don't HAVE to sign in to play. You can, if you want, but other than the paradox plaza there is nothing that needs you to sign in. now get back and write an actual review you dumb fuck.
