Start with abandoned iron mine, grind there till you get asulas necklace, they just reworked mob density there. Also stop in altnova and complete the black spirit quest for an asula ring. With those 2 you should have more ap so helms isn't as hard. Keep farming at helms for asulas earrings and a second ring, that set will carry you until 58 at least.
