  • Not Recommended: if you enjoy solo.
  • Recommend: only if you have friends.
Designed for co-op. It's very hard to solo and you will leak. There's no online quick join.
To co-op, you create a room and share the code with friends to have them join the lobby.

Explore the world as a super fast runner. If you like the adrenaline from driving games then you'll probably like this one. There's some puzzles and indoors exploration.
Finished in ~5 hours.

  • Not Recommended: if you enjoy heavy combat action.
  • Recommend: if you enjoy heavy dialogue (visual novel ish).
A time management school simulator. About 70% is spent on social activities or preparing for your next goal, 30% is combat and exploration in a dungeon. Battle animations cannot be skipped. Soundtrack is great.

I'm only playing this for P5 Strikers.

Story feels incomplete and ends close to a cliffhanger. It feels like a prologue to something much larger. There's little point in reading any lore items found in the world. Combat is fun, similar to Control. About 40% of the game is cutscenes.

Do you like a "time loop" story? Then you might like this.

  • Not Recommended: if you were expecting action (God of War).
  • Recommend: if you enjoy psychological walking simulators with puzzles.
A game about mental illness. About 90% is walking, solving puzzles, watching cutscenes or listening to stories. 10% is combat with minions and bosses. Should be played with headphones for the 3D binaural audio (game is designed around it).

I quit and watched the rest on youtube. There's also a 24 min documentary that you should watch after finishing the game. It IS a great game as long as you don't play for the combat.

Broken controller support with very limited remapping. Control settings look like this.

You cannot do the following on a Xbox controller:
  • Pause/Open map
  • Lock-on
  • Skip cutcenes
  • Rotate camera forward/back
Button prompts display PC controls, unless modded. Steam Input can be used to manually add the missing functions above but camera speed can't be changed.

  • Recommend: if you enjoy exploring horror-themed indoor areas with the space suit.
  • Not Recommended: if you enjoyed exploring space with the ship.
DLC expands the main story. Gameplay consists mainly of exploring in your space suit.

Horror-themed: The space theme of the main game–which I liked–is not present here, thus thumbs down. Gameplay is closer to a walking simulator inside a haunted mansion but without jumpscares. What makes it scary is the spooky, mysterious and unknown atmosphere.

There is no text reading: Because you don't understand the 'alien language' and will instead be interpreting its "pictures".

Game can be finished under an hour. So why do I have 49h? Exploring was fun I guess...😏

It's one of the coolest sci-fi games ever made – Something that could never be translated into any other form of media except a video game. Exploring is a mix of relaxation and excitement. There's no combat but there is danger and you will die. Probably.

Everything is already unlocked in the beginning; your knowledge becomes the game's progression.

Controller is recommended.

Long, annoying, unskippable scoreboard after each match, in the form of XP rewards. Would you like to see how much XP you gained? Or how many quests and season pass quests you completed this match? How about seeing every reward you gained from this level up? Don't forget the season pass rewards too! Here, we'll show you anyway. Watch these XP bars fill up, one at a time. And be sure to click on everything, or we won't let you into the next match.

Long loading times and downtime between each match.
