I switched to Linux a while ago and hoped battleye would fix its anticheat. It seems now that BattlEye is available, and that just PUBG hasn't added it. I can't recommend the game when a Linux patch has been requested for such a long time (https://www.protondb.com/app/578080) and they haven't done anything to fix it, which doesn't seem far from just opting in.
