This game screams love. I have small nitpicks with the bugs, however the bugs aren't big enough of an issue where I'd be left upset when I'd stop playing bar one time when I was left briefly sad as the game didn't register a krotchy doll meaning i'm going to have to restart the whole game, but again it's not such a big deal as i can easily do that in one day with a guide. Stuff like adding Zack Ward as a voice for the dude is just so heart warming, as well as the talk radio station. Great stuff.

The only time i got really frustrated with this game is Thursday. It falls into the issue postal 2 had when going pacifist where there isn't really an alternative except running, problem is with the damn there aren't any health items (as far as i could see) and you have to think and find while dodging bullets. They did come up with pacifist alternatives earlier on in the week. I'd be really contempt with this though so long as they keep polishing over time and adding new content as i still really enjoyed this game. Keep it up RWS love your work.

I do and don't recommend this game, as it is really fun if you are playing this like a normal game, with the bugs being only a minor inconvenience. However, if you try to 100% this game, the game turns into the biggest crock of ♥♥♥♥ I've ever had the displeasure of playing, I feel literally weak after having to redo the same ♥♥♥♥ over and over again because the bugs now REALLY matter and of course, you can't save after a certain point for some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ random reason which is a brilliant addition to the game and it makes me wonder why other developers haven't picked up on the idea so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ genius. The game starts to feel like trying to stack a house of cards while there is a hurricane and the table you are placing the cards on likes to spontaneously change its elevation. But as I said, if you are playing this game for a fun normal play through, It is pretty great but at the same time, the bugs are worse then Fallout 3 and Skyrim all rolled into one (lord forbid), so take that as you will.

Guy calls me an idiot after killing me because of a fault from the game that was added after an update, pretty much sums the whole game up in one sentence, addicting as ♥♥♥♥ though, for some strange reason; that can only be explained by aliens

>DLC felt like 5 decades
overall really well balanced love the new addition of the spirits bang up job, also love how there are 10x more encounters and 10x more enemies, brilliant idea forcing the objectively inferior microwave beam mod every ten seconds and i couldn't forget! Thank the lord they shoved a bunch of highly defensive characters, the two new ones being the most defensive and pace breaking of all! If there was one thing doom eternal needed more of, it was a lot more pace breaking enemies. Because god knows they are fun and really good! I love the marauder being squeezed in a bunch despite him being designed as a one on one enemy! that's bloody genuis! Gonna try UN difficulty now, because i love this DLC THAT much! Bye for now!

Mad Max is a lot of fun, the effects were done so well, explosions look angry and violent, ramming into cars sounds great and the thrill of driving around at top speed is too. Solid gameplay with the occasional glitch, most of which aren't game breaking but be careful as some can get dangerously close to the line of game breaking. Upgrading max is fun and upgrading the car, with lots to do, to upgrade both things. However, with this being said, It felt as if i was missing out on something, it starts to feel a lil bare bones, especially compared to other open world, collectathons.

The game is a good bridge for players to get into the aforementioned listed genres above ^. This because the game is, and i won't lie, piss easy. That is of course because i play a bunch of these sorts of games so it could just be my experience talking there. Just about doing anything will go towards max's upgrades/ "griffa upgrades" which are basically just boiled down to additional upgrades (Griffa is a really good charecter if not a bit cliche) which means you can max out max (pun intended) as soon as you can explore. Just like how i have to stop myself from using the overpowered upgrades for both my car and max early i have to stop myself from pressing the Y button (or in keyboard terms, right clicking) because fights are as easy as clicking that one button; counter. It was an issue people had with the badman games and it shines here as well.

Story plus ending now So, Max was driving around and get's attacked and so finds a hunchback who sees Max as a legend in his self proclaimed prophecy related with cars and stopping the baddy. You get car, find way to the big bad's house. While you explore talk, learn and gain a steady level of trust with the hunchback. Max also finds a lady who you see a few times and eventually "like likes" her... She gets killed by the big B. Max wanted to leave with the new and better car before this happens however, he "like liked" her. He goes to get revenge. Here's the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ part... So with all the trust / love you learnt to have, Max says yeah ♥♥♥♥ that ♥♥♥♥ and proceeds to kill the hunchback friend, destroy the car and all that for a unnecessary way to finish the baddy off, which doesn't actually work of course, throw two sticks at him and then he dies. Max then grabs his old ♥♥♥♥ he lost and ♥♥♥♥♥ off to do whatever... Great. The game missed the whole point of why he was going back for the baddy. You are expected to go back to 100% with everything back to normal. Yeah...

Good game.
