Is the game good?
That feels like a loaded question at this point.
The blanket answer would have to be YES the game is good, but it has its own number of glaring issues.

I am all for playing a hard game I've played, finished, 100%ed many a souls like game in my day.
Hard is fine. But sometimes this just feels outright unfair and that's where my issue manifests.
I personally don't think i should be over leveled for a boss and get one shot. but not because i missed my roll or didn't evade in time but because the hit box may have been actually bigger than represented in the visuals. and the I frames on the roll don't feel accurate in the slightest.
Would i recommend the game YES
i do understand this is EA and I'm sure down the line once they have more input from the community all of this stuff will be fixed and not so overtuned. I am hopeful for the future of this game.
