Like what do they even mean by "That your PC has not been configured to bypass Easy Anti-Cheat." how is that sentence actionable by me, an end user. As for "That you do not have any unauthorized third party software installed that is designed to alter or disrupt gameplay or game files." I had already told them in the ticket submission that I had checked this. The Support experience is probably the worst time I have ever experienced, so I looked up what "powered by Helpshift" was.

Helpshift is an AI support bot....... explains the dead link and unhelpful nature

Will make the review positive once I can launch the game again without crashing.
