Game is good.

Core gameplay is great. MTX can be ignored. Performance is pretty bad, but I assume this will fixed in time.

You don't need a lot of complexity for it to be a lot of fun. Great game.

Mechanically it is a low friction and fast paced deck builder with lots of approaches that makes it feel like even though I've completed the game, I want to go back and try other builds.
The meta game around it breaks up the pacing wonderfully and heck, I even took to writing down notes.

Just superb.

Crashes on startup. No amount of reinstalls / appdata cleansing / rights distribution / afterburner- & cloud save deactivation seems to work. Can't recommend an unplayable game.

Darkest Dungeon is absolutely one of the most underrated games of 2015. The over-the-top narrator is Bastion levels of good and the gameplay itself has just the right blend of the roguelike "♥♥♥♥ you" and accessibility.

I think the Giant Bomb QL is still valid, even though they've added new characters and bosses recently.

There are not 10 products out this year better than this!
