An absolutely evil game that hates the players and makes them hate eachother, the artstyle is great and the characters are cute, but the mechanics are evil and stupid, and everyone who plays it is sad by the end

A fun little visual novel about breaking free from the role you were cast into, the small amount of art that is in the game is very nice and the colours are nice, even if there really isn't a game here at all

A really fun, if basic, RPG with fun characters, especially the main lead, she's great, a setting that is worth exploring and a battle system that is really fun to learn and evolve with. The toy like aesthetic is really cute and charming and the portraits show the exact emotions all the characters are feeling. The music is pretty good (Ik that's the JRPG equivalent of saying the air has oxygen in it but still worth mentioning) and the different arcs that go on in the 5 chapters including the prologue are pretty damn cool, the finale especially.

An interesting 2d metroidvania rpg with fighting game elements. The ensamble cast is interesting, even if some really get little time in the spotlight, would have loved to see more of characters like Tungar and Naga Rider, and the mc had a really full character arc over the 20hrs I put into the game. The area design is lovely with the 3d world with 2d characters. The handrawn art is really pretty and the music is pretty good if a bit forgettable.
The main issues I had with the game is that some of the platforming challenges were a bit unclear on what I was supposed to do, and the combat can feel a little drawn out at times.

Overall a fun time worth looking into.

An absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish, with unique locations, great character and a very nice message.
The level design is fantastic and each stage having cool mechanics and gimmicks were really welcome and led to it's wonderful conclusion

Pseudoregalia

A really nice and short metroidvania with a charming graphical style, good movement and a nice little area to explore.
I also like how Sybil uses a tonfa, those are cool

An extremely fun platformer with a distinct style and great music, all the movement in the game feels fluid and leads into every other move very well, the Tony Hawk-esque combo system is fun to learn and difficult to master and all the levels are very creatively designed.

The only real issues that I had with the game was that the sound design during certain cutscenes felt a little off in a way I can't explain, and the bosses are kinda lame tbh

But aside from those issues, games worth looking into.

Persona 5 Royal

A really good JRPG with a charming cast, fun and unique combat, an amazing soundtrack and a story that keeps building itself. It's really a game that has something to say, and even with my issues with it at times, it says it quite well too.

It really felt great to grow my power by forming bonds with my characters.

Also I went through the full game using the featherman costumes and it was glorious

When the promos came out it looked cool as hell and had so much ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ potential, but it feels like a bag of rehashed ideas and bad writing as well as just infinite being a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ disapointment
