slightly more interactive weird vibes walking sim (good!). 95% atmosphere so if you're not into the simplistic gameplay stay away. i enjoyed it a lot.

wish there were some more options, video settings, audio settings, etc. i did have a crash and some kind of autosave system would be nice, because i was essentially at the end of a level and had to replay the whole thing. while the technical side isn't perfect, the game has plenty of sovl.

picked this game up around 10 years ago to play co-op with a buddy, ended up getting shorted and recently picked it up again to play co-op with a friend. the experience is... bland. the shooting is good, but everything else fails. the mechanics based around shooting aren't deep, the environments are pretty at a glance but ugly and distracting when playing. the enemy AI is pitiful, the story is terrible. i had to mute the music because it was nauseating on repeat.

lots of bugs encountered too. we had issues with progressing the game, AI spawning tendencies, and audio glitches.

it's not worth a curious buy. i would say if the game is priced down to like... $2, that is probably worth it if you drink a lot of alcohol. from memory, i enjoyed V2 more.

in running for the best bang-for-buck 25 dollars i've spent on a video game.

neon white had me fully engaged as a perfect mix of movement shooter and time trial. i've never played a game like it and loved it.

breakcore fans -- neon white's OST (and Machine Girl) is not breakcore. breakcore is a containment genre.

i cannot stand v-tuber culture so you really know this is an unbiased review.

this game is good. i've had a good amount of fun with it, the characters and movesets feel good, the graphic style is good. it's just solid all around and very respectable for a fan project.

it's really something when i can say the multiplayer lobby system of a fan-made free game is on-par with guilty gear: strive. beefier developers need to get their ♥♥♥♥ in order

obra dinn kicks ass at visual and audio storytelling. for being made by one dude (lucas pope) you'll be swept by how much sovl you can squeeze out of it.

worth the price, great playthrough, but keep in mind as a discovery game it's not very replayable.

GGXXAC+R is a great pickup. It's very friendly for both advanced and novice fightan enthusiasts. Strive is likely the most popular GG on Steam to date, but as with everything it could use some hints from earlier titles to boost itself even more.

One thing I really enjoy about playing AC+R with friends over Strive (and XRD, but to less of an extent) is that the amount of moves and gatling options on every character lets me (someone who is terrible at fighting games) have more expression and opportunity to perform against others. Granted none of us are AC+R pros which are able to wall-to-wall combo someone and kill them from round start.

this game blows my ass

inscryption's style kick ass and it stands apart from other "roguelikes" by being more story driven (minus kaycee's mod, which stands strong as a great roguelike sidegrade). if you like the online style of card games and roguelikes, this is your ticket for enjoyment.

graphics design is a massive step down from civ 5.

in an effort to create a playstyle for every type of resource, the dev team create a significantly bloated game. have you played those civ 5 mods change one building to instead be like 5-10 different buildings for specific, niche buildpaths? that is every single thing in civ 6.

generally when playing civ 4 or 5 i get checked out in the last 20% of the game. in civ 6 it happens after 30 turns.

i'm not excited for civ 7. we'll see what happens
