i love the new building system,
There are so many things missing things from the first game,
log sleds, traps, (theres only 2 in the game as of time of review) ability to poison weapons, spear variants, bags, and thats creating rope, just a fewi can think off the top of my head

the new mutants are very unimpressive and really not that scary compared to an armsy or virginia, or that big of a threat, the AI dosent seem very different from the first game aside from the fact they block now.

there are only 2 companions at this time when they said there are going to be eight (basing this off the fact that i got an achievement for beating the game with all friendly companions alive) i understand its early access but this game was supposed to be finished months ago and in no way is close to being finished in the next 8 months which is what they wanted to delay it by again.

im not a big fan there was no overhaul in combat, still very hack and slashy.

Virginia isnt really even like a companion, she takes no orders and shows up every so often there is really no interactions with her other than changing her clothes, giving her a gun (she only sometimes fights and thats if shes not wandering around in the first place) and sometimes she brings you a dead animal.
Kelvin is useless in a fight, he just cowers down and takes hits
The ending made absolutely no sense
as it stands right now just play the first one
