If somehow you didn't already obtain this copy of Skyrim or haven't played skyrim prior to this, then this is the version to pick up. Containing all of the DLC into one neat little package, with easy to access Mods(though still allowing nexus mods to be added) and boosted graphics, though nothing like what you'd get through mods for sure.

In the end, if you don't have this game or this version and like Elder Scrolls, pick this one up, I doubt you'll be disappointed.
